Dragon Eye Design is equipped to host the website we have developed for your business. We offer all of our clients the option of hosting their website on Dragon Eye Design's own in-house servers, simplifying the process of development and often eliminating a step in the communication process. Instead of relying on other hosting companies, Dragon Eye Design can personally ensure your website's reliability while at the same time being directly in charge of extra features we make available to our clients at a fraction of the cost of most other web hosts.
While we encourage our clients to host their websites on our servers, we have no qualms about them being hosting anywhere else at their request. That is why we make sure that our hosting prices are the lowest in the industry. If you find a hosting deal with the same features that we offer but at a lower cost, we will match that price.
Maintenance and Support
Our maintenance model differs significantly from that of other web firms. Every website that we develop includes a custom online website content administration area at no additional cost. We believe that everyone wins when our clients are in charge of their own updates; they become more frequent, and no time is lost in needless communications. And, once again, our clients save their money. That being said, Dragon Eye Design does offer maintenance plans should you like us to handle the day to day content management work.
Other web firms charge exorbitant amounts of money when their clients want to update their website's content. More often than not, their clients are trapped in a cycle of paying for minor website updates. In contrast, Dragon Eye Design's advanced website administrative tools allow our clients to update their content using a simple interface which requires very little technical knowledge to operate.
Our support model also stands in contrast to that of many other firms. Dragon Eye Design is usually hired on a per-project basis, and the scope of the project is clearly outlined in a contract before development begins. If an error occurs on your website after its launch, we feel that it is only fair that we fix the problem promptly and free of charge, even if you have already signed off on the completed project and/or paid us in full for our services already. That means that you never have to worry about us charging you more for our mistakes. If, however, you would like to build additional or changed functionality into the project after it has been completed, the existing contract may be amended, a new contract written up, or the new work billed at our hourly rate.
